Since joining the NatWest Accelerator Programme in September 2024, Cuddly Companion Company has been on an exciting journey of growth, learning, and connection.

The NatWest Accelerator is designed to help businesses at every stage, from early concept to full-scale growth, and for us, it arrived at the perfect time. As we moved from idea development into preparing to launch Coco and The Ultimate Adventure Bundle, the programme gave us the space, support, and structure to push our plans forward.

What made this experience so powerful wasn’t just the expert-led workshops, resources, and guidance (although they were brilliant!). It was the community of fellow founders and entrepreneurs that made all the difference. Being surrounded by such a driven and inspiring group of people kept us motivated, disciplined, and constantly challenged to improve every aspect of the business from branding and marketing to strategy and operations.

Through regular catch-ups, accountability sessions, and real talk about the ups and downs of building a start-up, we shaped and sharpened the Cuddly Companion Company brand, strengthened our go-to-market strategy, and explored new ways to reach customers.
